1. It sounds like it is loaded with a lot of crapware (programs you don't need. You will need to remove those. Also, it wont be terribly fast and it doesn't have the best processor. It only comes with a trial of office and a very basic version of windows. Also,not too much RAM. I recommend skipping the opportunity or if it is at a good price, upgrade some things. Best of luck in finding a new computer. Also, it appears that every program it comes with is free and you dont have to pay for.
2. There is alot there on that PC, but some of that don't need to play games. You do need more RAM to do some serious gaming. You can get up to 3 GB of RAM and a faster processor.
